From the elimination of "Arts" classes from our public schools, to the over diagnosis and medication of those students who " don't fit the educational mold" has been predicted for generations. The scary thing is that our society is taking active steps to see this through. I highly suggest that you re-read Bradbury's Farenheit 451, then have a stiff drink!

All Dead Heads have the ability to comprehend and enjoy non-linear thought.

As somebody that has both ADD and Dyslexia I'll bet Jerry did have ADD and it makes perfect sense that Bobby is dyslexic.

Neither of these conditions needs to have negative impact on your life, though I do agree that it make school harder.

These conditions do not make you more artistic... in the same way that being gay does not make you a better interior decorator... I hate these generalizations...

Everybody is an individual and faces there own challenges. Making the decision to use opiates is just that, a decision. (mostly a bad one IMO)
